胆囊癌组织p53和PCNA表达及其相关性研究

Expression of p53 and PCNA in Gallbladder Carcinoma and Their Relationship

目的 探讨胆囊癌组织学分级、淋巴结转移与p5 3、PCNA表达的关系 ,为临床判断恶性程度及预后提供参数。方法 应用SP免疫组化方法 ,检测 5 1例胆囊癌组织中p5 3、PCNA的表达水平。结果 p5 3、PCNA在胆囊癌组织中表达的总阳性率分别为 39.2 %、5 6 9% ,与胆囊癌的病理分级、转移密切相关 (P <0 0 1)。p5 3表达与PCNA表达呈明显正相关。结论 p5 3、PCNA是胆囊癌较特异的肿瘤标记物 ,其表达与胆囊癌淋巴结转移。

Objective To study the correlation of the expression of p53 and PCNA with pathological grading and metastasis. Method SP immunohistochemical technique was used to investigate the expression of p53 and PCNA in 51 cases of gallbladder carcinoma. Results The positive rate of p53 and PCNA was 39.2% and 56.9% respectively, which was positively correlated with the pathological grading and metastasis of the tumor ( P <0.01). There was a close relationship between the expression of p53 and PCNA in the tumor. Conclusion p53 and PCNA may be important biological markers to evaluate the malignancy and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma.
