轻度鼻中隔偏曲的新概念及80例症状疗效分析

New concept of mild nasal septal deviation and symptoms and therapeutic effect of 80 cases

目的证实轻度鼻中隔偏曲在某些个体可引起头晕、头痛、“类颈椎病样症状”及“类晕厥先兆样症状”，提醒临床医生对轻度鼻中隔偏曲诊治的重视，减少误诊误治。方法收治偏曲高度≤０．３ｃｍ、不压迫鼻腔外侧壁的轻度鼻中隔偏曲８０例，对其可产生的头部、颈肩部及中枢神经系统症状、手术疗效进行观察。结果头部症状消失缓解率为８６．０％（Ｐ≤０．０１），头晕、头痛消失缓解率为９６．２％；颈肩部症状消失缓解率为８０．２％（Ｐ≤０．０１）；中枢神经系统症状缓解率为９０．５％（Ｐ≤０．０１），均有非常显著意义。结论轻度与重度鼻中隔偏曲一样，在某些患者可引起１种或多种症状，甚至严重影响患者生活质量，应引起临床医生重视。

Objective To prove the observation that patients with mild nasal septal deviation may have such symptoms as dizziness, headache, vertigo, tinnitus, insomnia, stiffness of the neck, mimic cervical vertebrae disease which will draw ENT doctors' attention to this disease and avoid misdiagnosis. Methods All the 80 patients in the study had septal deviation less than 0.3 cm from the midline and no pressure on the lateral side of the nasal cavity. Parts of the they Observed included the head, neck, shoulder and central nervous system. Estimation of therapeutic effect was based on the four class score recording method. Results With 6-24 months of follow-up, the disappearing rate was 86. 0% (P <0.01) for the head symptoms, 80.2% (P < 0.01) for the neck, and 90.5% (P < 0:01) for the central nervous system. Conclusion Mild nasal septal deviation can cause one or more symptoms to some patients as heavy nasal septal deviation. It can even.heavily affect the quality of the patients' life. Doctors should pay more attention to this disease.
