摘要 目的探讨MRI对鞍区病变的诊断价值。方法分析70例经手术病理证实的鞍区病变的MRI征象。结果垂体腺瘤37例,动脉瘤10例,颅咽管瘤12例,鞍区脑膜瘤9例,鞍区星形细胞瘤2例。结论MRI能正确显示鞍区病变的部位、形态、大小、范围及周围结构的受累情况,对鞍区病变的诊断具有重要意义。 Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of MRI in sellar region lesions. Methods MRI signs of 70 cases which were proved by operation and pathology with sellar region lesions were analyzed. Results 37 cases pituitary adenoma, 10 cases aneurysm, 12 cases craniopharyngioma, 9 cases sellar region meningioma, 2 cases sellar region astrocytoma. Conclusion MRI were most useful in displaying accurate position, shape, size and range, MRI is very important signification in diagnoois sellar region lesion.
