振动应力下兔尺骨及骨痂的三维有限元应力与振动分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了综合评价振动应力下骨痂的愈合质量 ,对兔尺骨及不同振动应力作用下的骨痂 ,建立计算机三维有限元振动力学模型。结果显示 :低频 (10~ 5 0Hz)应力下骨痂的频率响应、动态应力响应大于高频应力 (6 0~10 0Hz)。频谱分析显示在不同激励频率下 ,振幅相同时 ,低频应力下的动态应力响应大于高频应力 ,与大量实验结果相一致。提示低频应力作用下骨痂的频响性能、动态响应性能优于高频应力 ,骨痂的结构特性与材料特性较好。 In order to evaluate quality of fracture healing, vibration dynamic model of 3 D finite element was instituted on rabbit ulna and callus under vibration stress. The results indicated that frequency response property and dynamic response property of callus under low frequency of 10~50Hz was higher than that under high frequency of 60~100Hz. The frequency spectrum analysis indicated that under different encourage frequency of similar vibration amplitude, the dynamic response property of callus under low frequency stress was higher than that under high frequency. The results corresponded well with a series of experiment results. The results were useful for helping doctors to the clinical application and early diagnosis of diseases of ulna in the future.
