摘要
①目的 观察卡氏肺孢子虫及病变肺组织超微结构 ,探讨卡氏肺孢子虫的可能致病机制。②方法肌注地塞米松诱发大鼠卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎 ,取其肺组织 ,按常规方法进行透射电镜观察。③结果 电镜下第2 2~ 2 8天即可观察到卡氏肺孢子虫的感染 ,以包囊为主 ;第 43~ 5 6天达重度感染 ,以滋养体为主 ,肺泡腔内多见 ,肺间质中少见 ,中性粒细胞、肺泡巨噬细胞和Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞内也可见到。④结论 大滋养体伸出丝状伪足与Ⅰ ,Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞粘连 ,使上皮细胞发生变性 ,Ⅱ型上皮细胞发生凋亡。
Objective\ To study the pathogenecity of pneumocystis carinii to the host by establishing a rat model. Methods\ The rats were injected intramuscularly with dexamethasone and sacrificed weekly to examine their lungs under an electron microscope. \ Results\ A large number of P.carinii were observed in alveolar space and a few in alveolar interstitium, they were also found in the neutrophil, pulmonary macrophage and typeⅡ alveolar epithelial cell. \ Conclusion\ The large trophozoites with filopodina were directly attached to the type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ pneumocyte then type Ⅰ and Ⅱ pneumocyte degenerated and apoptosis occurred.
