摘要
①目的 观察经皮半导体激光辐射疗法 (LISCL)对家兔微循环障碍的影响。②方法 制备家兔微循环障碍模型 ,采用半导体激光治疗仪经皮照射家兔耳缘动脉 ,隔日 1次 ,每次 2 0min ,共 10次。治疗前、后经耳动脉取血 ,检测红细胞变形能力 ;治疗结束后取脑组织 ,用光镜和电镜观察脑部微循环的变化 ,并与对照组进行比较。③结果 治疗组治疗后红细胞变形能力为 0 .396± 0 .0 10 ,对照组为 0 .377± 0 .0 13,两组比较差异有显著意义 (t =3.32 ,P <0 .0 5 )。光镜和电镜观察治疗组脑实质微血管未见明显扩张 ,毛细血管壁薄而完整 ,而对照组微血管明显扩张充血。④结论 经皮LISCL可改善脑组织的微循环障碍。
Objective\ To study the effect of low intensity semiconductive laser therapy (LISCL)on microcirculation disturbances in experimental rabbits. \ Methods\ The rabbits of experimental group were irradiated by LISCL through the arterioles of ear for 20 minutes every other day,but in control group, the arterioles were not irradiated.The change of erythrocyte deformability was surveyed before and after the experiment, the morphological variety of microcirculation of brain was observed by light and electron microscope after the experiment. \ Results\ Marked microcirculation disturbance was found in control group,the erythrocyte deformability increased in experimental group( t=3.32,P <0.05). \ Conclusion\ LISCL could reduce the blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation. Therefore, the microcirculation improved. [
