胃癌患者外周血癌细胞CEA mRNA表达与胃癌微转移关系的研究

The study of CEAmRNA expression in peripheral blood relationship with micrometastases in gastric cancer

目的 定性检测胃癌患者外周血CEA(癌胚抗原 )mRNA表达 ,对预测胃癌微转移的意义。方法 应用RT -PCR(逆转录 -聚合酶链反应 )、ELISA(酶联免疫吸附试验 )同时检测 40例胃癌、14例胃炎患者及 2 0例健康成人对照外周血CEAmRNA和CEA蛋白。结果 40例胃癌患者CEAmRNA阳性率为 6 0 % (2 4/ 40 ) ,而健康者对照均为阴性。外周血CEAmRNA的表达与胃癌远处转移密切相关 ,且随着病期进展而增加。结论 CEAmRNA检测是预测胃癌微转移的有效指标 。

Objectives Detection CEAmRNA expression in peripheFral blood and its significance for predicting gastric cancer micrometastases.Methods Reverse trancription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect CEAmRNA in peripheral blood from 40 patients with gastric cancer、 14 gastrictis and 20 healthy volunteers. The serum CEA level was also determined by ELISA.Results The CEAmRNA positive rate was 60%(24/40) in the patients group. But there are no CEAmRNA was detected in the healthy persons,the CEAmRNA expression in peripheral blood was corrdated are shows the presence of distant metastasis of gastnic cancer . By the disease advance CEAmRNA showed advanced also.Conclusions Detection CEAmRNA is singnificant for predicting gastric cancer micrometastases and predict early metastasis of cancer.
