摘要
目的 观察亚低温技术治疗重症脑梗死的临床疗效并探讨其作用机理。方法 将 40例重症脑梗死患者 ,分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组在药物治疗脑梗死的同时加用亚低温技术治疗 ,并做治疗前及治疗后 14天神经功能缺损评分及血浆内皮素 (ET)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的测定。结果 治疗组神经功能缺损评分较对照组明显降低 ,血浆内皮素下降 ,SOD活性明显提高。结论 亚低温技术可以改善脑梗死患者的神经功能 。
Objecteves To observe clinical effects of mild hypothermia(MHT)in treating severely cerebral infarction,the alteration of the level of plasma endothelin(ET) and superoxide dismutase(SOD).Methods 40 cases suffered from severely cerebral infarction confirmed by CT scan.20 patients which treated with MHTwere randomly divided into treated group,and 20 cases were only treated with drugs into control group.Neurological deficency score(NDS).ET and SOD were measured before treatment and 14th day after MHT treatment for two groups.Results 14th day after MHT treatment ,the NDS and ET level were remarkably decreased and SOD was significantly increased(P>0.01).Conclusions In treating severely cerebral infarction,using MHT can protect the cells of brain and improve the outcome of the patients.MHT is effective and safe.
