摘要
本文通过对化学沉积Ni-P合金和Ni-P-SiC复合镀层的研究,找到了制取适宜的磷含量和SiC含量的工艺方法。介绍了所得沉积层具有较高硬度和优良的耐磨性,并列举了应用于工业生产的实例,预期这项技术具有较广阔的应用前景。
The technology of oblaining the deposit containing appropriate P and SiC contents has been approached by means of the studies on the electroless Ni-P alloy or Ni-P-SiC composite coatings. This paper shows that the coatings hold high hardness and excellent wear-resistance and illustrates some examples of industrial application. Wide usage of this technique is expected.
