摘要
在对供应链企业间信任进行博弈分析的基础上，提出法律体系与社会制度对于培养企业间信任、促进合作具有重要作用．并给出了在社会制度背景下企业间信任博弈的一般模型。
On the basis of game analyses to the trust among enterprises.of supply chain, this paper advances that jurisprudence and social institutions play an important role in fostering trust and cooperation among enterprises. Besides, general model of trust game on social insti- tutional background is brought forward.
