正确认识公有制与私有制的界限

Drawing a Clear Line between Public Ownership and Private Ownership

社会主义公有制的核心内容是取消剥削，因而与资本主义私有制的根本区别在于排斥资产收益权。正是对待资产收益的不同，划定了全民所有制的国有经济与政府所有制的公营经济的界限，区分了国有企业与股份制企业的差别。但现阶段公有制具有不完全性，企业的市场化经营中也要容纳资产收益，然而并不能因此将公有制与非公有制的性质混同。

Abstract The essence of socialist public ownership is abolishing oppression.Therefore,its critical difference from capitalist private ownership lies in rejecting interest out of property.It is just the difference in attitudes towards interest out of property that draws the line between state economy owned by the whole people and public economy owned by the government, and the line between state owned enterprises and joint stock companies. However,as public ownership has not been fully developed, operational marketing of enterprises will have to include some elements of interest out of property. We should not confound the nature of public ownership and non public ownership,though.
