摘要
本文认为,维护企业职工当家作主的地位既是社会化大生产的客观要求,也是社会主义制度本身所决定的。目前实行的各种承包经营责任制的形式可归结为全员承包和个人(或集团)承包两大类。不同的承包主体,对职工当家作主带来不同的影响,全员承包为职工成为企业主人提供了客观基础,体现了职工在生产经营中主人翁的地位。
To uphold the position of the workers and staff as masters of their respective enterprises represents the objective demand of socialized mass production, and is at the same time determined by the socialist system itself. The various forms of contracted managerial, responsibility system practised at present can be generalized into two main types, i.e., all-member contracting and individual(or group) contracting. Different forms of contracting bring about different effects on the roastoral positron of the Workers and staff. It is thought that the form of all-member contracting provides an objective basis for the workers and staff of an enterprise to be masters in its management and production.
