南水北调中线工程是 2 1世纪我国一项宏伟的水利工程 ,是我国实现水资源优化配置的最具挑战性的特大型基础设施工程之一。本文通过研究南水北调中线工程水源区的生态环境情况、对实施南水北调中线工程后十堰市面临的主要问题及新的发展机遇 ,提出了较科学、合理的建议和政策取向。

Middle line project of channeling south water to the north is a great diversion work of our country in the 21st century,and it is also the most challenging infrastructure project of realizing perfect disposition of water resource in our country.Through the study on the ecological environment situation of the water resource area of the project and the main problems and new opportunities of development that Shiyan would be faced with after carrying out the project,this thesis provides relatively scientific and rational suggestions and policy tendency.
