锰离子及黄血盐对肌苷产生菌枯草杆菌—1019菌株产苷率的影响

本文是研究一些微量化学物质对肌苷产生菌产菌影响的初报。试验结果表明,mn^(2+)及黄血盐在适当的浓度下均可提高产苷率。

THIS PRESENT PAPER REPORTS THE effetivess of sometrace su bstance to the inosine yield ofbasicllus substillsJSIM-1019 strain.respective addition of Mn^(2+) 60g/1 and K_4(CN)_6 90 g/L top the fer-mentation medium,after inoculation,on the shaking cultivation,at 33℃,for 72 hrs.determination ofinosorc.By contranst to the contrast group,the inosine Yield increased apparently.
