摘要
股票期权制是当前西方企业流行的长效激励机制。本文从五个方面分析我国企业实施这一先进制度所面临的困难和障碍,并就相应的解决对策作了探讨,以为立法者和实施者借鉴。
Stock Options system is an everlasting, effective and challenging system popular in Western enterprises. This paper analyzes the difficulty and obstacle with which Chinese enterprises are faced in the implementation of this system and presents the resolvement to enlighten the legislators and practitioners.
