摘要
本文首先阐析了考试与人力资源开发之间的内在联系,然后在此基础上分析论证了考试在人力资源开发中的作用,最后对有效发挥考试积极作用的条件进行了探讨,为人们充分利用考试来开发人力资源提供了一定的理论依据。
This paper firstly analyses the internal relations between testing and the exploitation of human resources. Then it proves the functions of testing in the exploitation of human resources. And lastly it inquires into the conditions of making the most of the positive roles of testing. It provides some theoritical basis for people making full use of the testing to exploit the human resoures.
