洞庭湖区洪涝灾害的地学背景分析

Analysing the Geographic Background of the Big Flood and Waterlogging Disaster in the District of Dongting Hu

针对洞庭湖区日益严重的洪涝灾害和治理效果的不理想，本文试图从地学背景角度对引发湖区洪涝灾害的原因进行分析，并在地学背景启示的基础上，对洞庭湖防洪治洪提出了我们的想法与建议。

The big flood and waterlogging disaster in Dongting Hu district has become more and more serious and the control of it produces little effect. In this text, we attempt to analyse the reason of the big flood and waterlogging disaster from the geographic background, and on the basis of geographic background, we put forward our idea and proposal in order to prevent and cure the big flood and waterlogging disaster of Dongting Hu.
