利用X射线能谱仪测量大蟾蜍组织中的元素

THE MEASUREMENT OF ELEMENTS IN THE TISSUE OF COMMON TOAD (Bufo bufo)BY X-RAY ENERGY-DISPERSIVE SPECTROMETER

蟾蜍在农业.医用,科研及教学上具有多方面的用途.本文用 X 射线能谱仪对大蟾蜍(Bufo bufo)的肾、肝、胃、气管等组织中所含的元素作了初步分析.其结果是:这些组织中都含有 Al、Fe、Si,除肝不含 Nb、Tb、Ta 外,其它组织都含这些元素,同时肝、肾、胃中还含有元素 Y、Nb、Tb、Ta 等为稀土元素.这些元素与其生态条件有关.

The common toad(Bufo bufo)has been used in many respects of agriculture,medicine,scientific re-search and teaching.This paper using x-ray energy-dispersive spectrometer analysed.Primarily elements in its tissue of kidney,liver,stomach and trachea.The analysis result is consist of A1,Fe,Si in these tissues .Except liver that is not consist of Nb,Tb,Ta and other tissues are consist of these slements.At the same time in the liver,kidney and stomach even more is consist of Y.Y,Nb,Tb,Ta et al are lanthanide elements.These elements are connection with ecological condition of common toad.
