A Rational Thinking over the Creative Education Ability

创造教育能力本质上是指开发教育者的创造力。为了培养学生的创新意识和创新能力 ,教育者必须树立新的创造教育观念。学校对教师的要求仅停留在传统意义上的强调“提高自身教学水平”这个层次上是远远不够的 。

Creative education ability refers to developing educator's' creativity in essence. In order to train students' creative ability and creative awareness, teachers should establish new creative education concepts. Schools' requirements for the teachers stay only at the traditional level, emphasing “improving the teaching quality of the teacher himself /herself', which is not far enough. One should upgrade one's education concept to a new level, that is, the creative education ability.
