In recent years, the phenomenon of statistical data's distortion has become stronger and stronger, and it has endangered society badly. It has got the attention of the society and the heart of our party. In this article, the author analyzes in detail the cause of statistical data's distortion and makes some countermeasures to solve the problem in order to promote the development of national economy according to the aspects of strengthening civil statistical consciousness, strengthening statistical law executor, reforming system of statistical administration, developing qualities of statistical technicians, improving methods of statistical investigation, and so on.
