四逆散、消遥散、柴胡疏肝散中微量元素的测定

Determination of the trace elements Shiyi powder Xiaoyao powder and Chaihushugan powder

用原子吸收分光光度法,对四逆散、消遥散、柴胡疏肝散中锌、铜、铁、锰微量元素的测定。结果表明,单味药水煎液中,白术锌含量较高;柴胡铁含量较高;生姜锰含量较高。方剂水煎液中均富含锌、铜、铁、锰四种人体必需微量元素。

The trace elements, with atomic absorption spectrometry, zinc, iron, copper, andmanganese in shiyi powder, xiaoyao powder and chaihushugan powder were determi-nated. The results showed that in the decoctions of a singledrug,Rhizoma atractylodismacrocephalae was rich in zinc, Radix bupleuri was rich in iron, and Rhizoma zingi-beris recens was rich in manganese, and a large amount of zinc, coper, iron and man-ganese, essential trace elements for human bodies, existed in the decoctions of thesetraditional formulae.
