论述了MICROCORR6相关检漏仪的相关原理 ,频谱分析原理 ,并列举实例佐证其应用效果。
This paper introduces the operating principle of MICROCORR6 correlator and theory of spectrum analysis.At the same time,the paper verifies the good result of application with some examples.
