庆哈长输管道通清管器的经验做法

The Implementation of Launching & Receiving of the Pig for Daqing-Harbin Long Distance Pipeline Project

对于长输管道来说 ,不仅投产前要通清管器 ,投产后也要定期地进行通清管器工作 ,以保证管线正常生产。投产前通清管器有两个目的 ,一是检查管道的施工质量 ,二是保证投产后定期通清管器的安全性。本文仅就投产前通清管器的六个阶段进行了论述 ,同时 ,结合施工中的经验提出了膜片爆破法、二次通清管器法等处理清管器卡阻的简单易行办法。

The launching and receiving of the pig for long distance pipeline is necessary either before or after the commissioning of the pipeline,To ensure the normality running of the pipeline,it is very important to inspect the quality of the pipeline by launching and receiving of the pig before the commissioning.This work can also ensure the security of the launching and receiving of the pig periodically after the commissioning.This article makes a discussion for the six phases of the work before the commissioning.It also proposes the effective methods of “membrane blowing up and the relaunching and receiving of the pig”to clean the pipeline and remove the stuffs blocking in the pipeline.
