通过对滚复混肥冷压造粒机轧辊工作载荷、轧辊表面穴孔形状尺寸及分布情况、轧辊接触线长度和轧辊应力的分析 ,结合轧辊材料及热处理 ,探讨了影响轧辊寿命的主要因素 。

This article discussed the main factors which affected the lifespan of rollers of a compactor with two rollers for multielements compound fertilizer, according to the analysis of the loading force, the dimension and the rule of arrangement of the holes on the surface of the rollers, the length of contacting line of the two rollers, then some methods have been put forword to improve the lifespan the rollers of a compactor.
