摘要
针对最小相位及非最小相位受控系统,分 别提出了相应算法,根据系统输出位置信号及输入的控制力信号,辨识出动态切削力信息。 不使用测力传感器,从而消除了附加测力传感器所产生的不利因素,为深入研究数控非圆车 削加工特性及动态切削力误差补偿提供了一种新手段。
Numerical controlled noncircular machining is a newly developed turning technology,which is widely used in some areas such as piston manuifacturing.The research on dynamic non-circular cutting force has very important theoretical and practical values.However, there are some disadvantages in detecting cutting force using traditional transducers sensors in non-circular machining .In this paper,a new approach and its algorithms are proposed to analytically determining the dynamic cutting forces for both minimun phase and nonmini- mum phase controlled systems,according to the cutter's output displacement signals and imput control force information,without using any additional force transducers of sensors,which can provide an effective tool in research on cutting characters of noncircular machining and the compensation of tracking errors caused by dynamic cutting force.
