斜板沉降器中第三组分对高浓度液—液分离的影响

摘要 介绍了斜板沉降器的处理负荷与分散带高度及容积利用效率的关系 ,实验研究了分散体系中加入第三组分十二烷基磺酸钠 (SDS)对沉降器处理负荷的影响。结果表明斜板沉降器对含有表面活性剂存在的物系 ,具有较好的分离特性。 Settler loading related to dispersion band thickness and working volume efficiency was introduced. The influences of the surfactant sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) in the toluene/water system on Settler Throughput per Unit Area were studied through experiments. The results showed that the inclined plate settler was better than the simple gravity settler.
