摘要
介绍了斜板沉降器的处理负荷与分散带高度及容积利用效率的关系 ,实验研究了分散体系中加入第三组分十二烷基磺酸钠 (SDS)对沉降器处理负荷的影响。结果表明斜板沉降器对含有表面活性剂存在的物系 ,具有较好的分离特性。
Settler loading related to dispersion band thickness and working volume efficiency was introduced. The influences of the surfactant sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) in the toluene/water system on Settler Throughput per Unit Area were studied through experiments. The results showed that the inclined plate settler was better than the simple gravity settler.
