A large tonnage single girder gantry crane with electric hoist is newly developed to hoist by synchronized operation of two units 30 m to 50 m span suspension bridge sections,each weighing 40 t to 64 t.This crane features simple structure,easy-to-disassembl and assemble as well as easily moving from one site to another.This paper presents its structural features and technical parameters .
