摘要
根据 2K—V型传动中摆线轮与针轮的啮合关系 ,建立了实际齿廓的啮合误差与传动精度关系的计算式 ,并提出了综合啮合误差这一量化误差集合来评判传动误差 ,使得加工公差与传动精度有一个定量的关系 ,从而为研制开发高精度摆线齿 2K V型传动的加工制造提供了依据。结合实例的计算分析和试验测试 ,验证了所建立的啮合误差与传动精度关系和所作计算的正确性。
According to the engage relation of cycloidal gear with the pin wheel in type 2K V transmission,the formulas of relationship between transmission precision and mesh error of the actual profile of gears are established;then a synthesis mesh error is proposed as a quantified concourse of error to judge the transmission error,therefor the machining tolerances relative to transmission precision have quantificational relation,which is the basis for machining high precision 2K V drives with cycloidal gears.With the calculation and experiment test records of typical example,the correctness of the relationship and calculation is confirmed.
