摘要
接触处理方法是影响有限元数值模拟精度和效率的关键因素。针对两维金属成形中模具可以用线段和圆弧分段解析描述的特点 ,提出了一种通用的 ,以节点位置和边界约束修正为核心的接触处理方法 ,它具有较高的计算精度 ,可以真实反映金属和模具之间的接触状态。
Contact treatment is one of key factors influence the FEM simulation accuracy and efficiency.A general method is proposed to describe the tool surface by line segments and arc segments with their analytic form for 2D metal forming problem.A?general and efficient contact algorithm is developed,which is characterized by modification of nodes' coordinate and their boundary constraint condition when convergence is obtained.It is validity is tested by three simulation examples.
