摘要
以MeOH-H_3PO_4-H_2O为流动相及其色谱条件(色谱柱:Inertsil ODS-3,250mm×4.6mm,5μm),与MeOH-HCI-H_2O的流动相比较,对相同的蜂王浆样品进行HPLC检测,并比较了两者结果的回收率及精密度。新的流动相有助于保护HPLC泵系统。
A HPLC method for the determination of 10-HDA in royal jelly with inertsil ODS-3 column (4.6mmi.d. x 250mm) was introduced.The new mobile phase isconsisted of methanol-distilled water-phosphoric acid (55 +45 + 0.2, V/V) compared with that the phase of methanol-distilled water-hydrochloric acid (55 + 35 + 10, V/V) . Results showed that the new method had relatively the same accuracy and precision as the standard method. Becauseof the weak aridity, the new mobile phase was available to protecting the HPLC system.
