摘要
采用胃腔灌流法,观察电刺激大鼠下丘脑外侧区(LHA)对胃酸分泌和胃泌素释放的影响.并对外周传出机制进行初步分析。结果表明:①神经完整组大鼠.电刺激LHA后,胃酸分泌增加.但血清胃泌素无变化。②行双侧膈下迷走神经切除术的大鼠.电刺激LHA前血清胃泌素是神经完整组的5.7倍,刺激后血清胃泌素水平明显升高.但胃酸分泌不变。③行腹腔交感神经节切除术的大鼠.电刺激LHA后.胃酸分泌增加.血清胃泌素不变。④切除双侧膈下迷走神经和腹腔交感神经节的大鼠.电刺激LHA.胃酸分泌和血清胃泌素均无明显改变。但是.刺激前血清胃泌素浓度是神经完整组的5.5倍。以上结果提示:LHA是中枢调节胃酸和胃泌素分泌的结构之一。电刺激LHA可通过迷走神经使胃酸分泌增加,LHA对胃泌素释放的调节可能是通过迷走神经和交感神经而实现的。
The results obtained in this study are as follows: ①Electrical stimulation of the lateral hypothala-mic area(LHA)in rats gave rise to a significant increase in acid output,but no change in serum gastrinlevel. This response was blocked by truncal vagotomy. ②In truncal vagotomy rats, electrical stimula-tion of thc LHA produced a significant increase of serum gastrin. ③In the coeliac ganglionectomy rats,electrical stimulation of the LHA increased the gastric output,but had no effect on serum gastrin val-ues. ④In the vagotomy and coeliac ganglionectomy rats,stimulation of LHA had no effect on serumgastrin level and acid output. The present data show that:①Electrical stimulation of the LHA increasesgastric acid output. This response is mediated by vagus nerves. ②Electrical stimulation of the LHA intruncal vagotomy rats increases serum gastrin. This response is blocked by coeliac ganglionectomy.These results indicate that stimulation of the LHA in vagotomy rats increases serum gastrin concentra-tion which is mediated by the vagus and sympathetic nerves.
