采用变频器及 PLC构成一个低成本的分条整经控制系统。通过控制收经轴的转速，实现收经线速度的恒定，从而维持张力的基本恒定。
A low cost control system of section wrapper is composed with PLC and Inverter. rewind line speed could keep constant by controlling rotate speed of rewind axis, as a result, the tension could keep approximately constant.
