介绍了以 Vxd技术为支持，基于 Windows操作系统的机床信号采集及信号分析系统。此系统由数据采集卡、信号分析模块组成。经切削实验验证，能实时的采集机床切削状态信号，并予以分析，为进一步控制奠定基础。

： In this paper, machine signal acquisition and analysis system based on windows operating system and supported by Vxd technique, is present. It includes: data acquisition， signal analysis. Through cutting experiment, this system can sample machine cutting signal and analyze immediately so as to control machine.
