激光治疗尖锐湿疣疗效问题的探讨

Study of laser treatment of venereal wart

用CO_2激光机调节不同激光功率密度对375例尖锐湿疣体分别进行切割、汽化或凝固治疗。总治愈率达100%,其中一次治愈319例占85%;2～4次治愈者56例占15%。随访93例无一例复发。文末对激光的波长、功率密度、剂量与疗效的关系、该病的发病率及复发率等问题作了讨论。

375 venereal warts were cut,gasified and solidified with different power densities adjusted by CO_2laser. The total cure rate reached 100%, of which 319 cases were treated only once, amounting to85%; 56 cases were treated 2 to 4 times,accounting for 15%. No recurrence was found after the fol-low--up of 93 cases. The relation between the laser wave length,power density,dosage and curativeeffect,and the morbidity and the recurrence rates of veneral warts were discussed in this paper.
