摘要
用改进的Langendorff法灌注离体大鼠冠状动脉,观察灌注液中PCO_2升高对离体大鼠心脏左室收缩及舒张功能的影响。结果表明:灌注液中PCO_2升高可直接引起左室收缩和舒张功能降低;还可通过降低pH值,使心脏的收缩和舒张功能降低。
In this experiment,we used the improved Langendorff method to perfuse the isolated rat coronaryartery and observe the influence of the increased PCO_2 in the perfsion liquid on the left ventricularcontraction and relaxation of the isolated rat heart. The results indicated that the incrase of the PCO_2 inthe perfusion liquid could directly cause the reduction of the function of the left ventricular contractionand relaxtion,and it could also bring about the reduction of the function by reducing pH.
