利用激振装置测定冶金厂灰斗料位的实验研究

The Experiment of the Vibration Device Used for Measurement of the Material Level

对利用激振装置测定冶金厂灰斗料位的可行性进行了实验研究 ,结果表明 :实验中所采集的信号无论是在时域上 ,还是在频域上都显示出一定的规律 ,且与灰斗料位及激击点位置、测点位置存在一定联系。研究结果为实现自动监测灰斗料位以及利用振动原理解决其它生产实际问题提供了基础。

It introduces the vibration device to measure the material level in tank. The experiment shows that the signals follow some rules both in time domain and frequency one, the result is relative to the shocking position and the measuring point of the tank. It founds the base of automatic measurement for the material level.
