Measurement and Analysis Calculation on Friction Moment of Frame Bearings

对平台框架用轴承的摩擦力矩进行了理论计算 ,还采用专用仪器对成对轴承的起动摩擦力矩进行了实测。通过分析研究 ,寻求减小轴承摩擦力矩的一些有效途径 ,解决了成对轴承载荷与摩擦力矩两大指标的协调问题。附图 2幅 ,表 2个 ,参考文献

The theoretic calculation on friction moment of the bearing used at plateform frame has been made. The practical measurement of the starting friction moment of the duplex bearing has also been carried out with the special instrument. By the analysis and study, some effective approaches have been found for reducing friction moment of the bearing, concerted problem of the two main targets of load and friction moment of the duplex bearing has been solved successfully .
