摘要
保持架开裂是铁路货车轴承早期损坏的重要原因之一。本文通过分析 ,在新结构铁路货车轴承 35 2 2 2 6X2 -2RZ的装配工艺中 ,提出了保持架不伸展或微伸展两种装配方案 ,从而解决保持架早期损坏的问题。经试验验证 ,最终得出保持架微伸展装配工艺是最佳装配方法的结论。附图 3幅 ,表 3个。
Cage cracking is one of main cause of premature failure of railway freight bearings. The two assemble methods of non-extension or micro-extension of the cage have been put forward in the assemble technology of 352226X2-2RZ new structure railway freight bearings. As a result, the forepart damage problem of the cage has been solved.
