摘要
建立了高速主轴轴承定压预紧状态下钢球的力平衡方程及轴承的力平衡方程 ,并分析计算了不同径向载荷、力矩载荷和旋转速度下钢球与内圈不发生脱离的最小预紧载荷 ,结果表明 ,选择合适的预紧载荷不仅取决于主轴单元刚度和速度要求 ,而且取决于主轴轴承外加载荷。附图 4,表 1个 ,参考文献 5篇。
The force equilibrium equations of the steel balls as well as bearing under fixed pressure preload are established for high speed spindle bearing. The minimum prelads are analyzed and calculated which ensure the steel ball and inner ring not to be separate at different radial loads, moments and rotating speeds. The resulats show that selecting proper preload not only depends on the requirement of rigidity and speed of spindle unit, but also depends on external load of the spindle bearing.
