摘要
介绍一种应用于轧钢生产线钢坯出炉温度和支数的在线测试系统，系统结构为RS485总线通讯网络，采用两个辐射测温仪测量钢坯温度并判断钢坯运行方向，从而实现支数计数功能。系统软件完成温度采集、网络通讯、温度报警、文件管理及钢坯计数等功能。
：This measuring system is applied in steel rolling line． Its structure is distributed communication network based on RS485 serial bus． Two infrared temperature instruments are adopted for temperature acquisition and for recognizing moving direction of billets as well as for realizing billets count ability． A program is developed to fulfill the function of temperature acquisition， the communication of network， temperature alarm， file management and counting of billets．
