摘要
基于电容式传感温度仪的基本工作原理，采用ＡＴ８９Ｃ５２单片机及其外围接口芯片，构成一个典型的单片机应用系统，并将其引入在线湿度仪中，实现了在线自动检测露点湿度，对检测数据进行实时采集，历史数据分析处理，ＬＣＤ屏显示以及与上位机通信等功能，完成了氧化铝膜状湿度传感式在线湿度仪的研制。
Based on the basic principle of capacitance hygrometer, a microcontroller application system which is consisted of AT89C52 micro-controller and its peripher chips is constructed. The system performs these functions: automatically detects dew point immediately, collects data in real time and analyzes history data correctly, displays the data on LCD, transfers the data to PC and so on. Finally, the Al2O3 membrane regime capacity sensor on-line hygrometer is successfully developed.
