摘要
以实际待翻边形成筒壁的环形材料为研究对象 ,依据内孔翻边的变形特点 ,找到用环料的参数反映翻边变形基本特性的数学表达式 ,结合被翻边材料性能和翻边凸模形状及预制孔状态的影响 ,建立了内孔翻边极限的判定方程 。
This article takes the loop sutff to form barrel wall by edge_turning as the research object and studies the mathematical equation by employing the parameters of loop stuff to represent the features of edge_turning deformation Combining it with the features of the original material,the edge_turning punch shape and ready_made holes,the article establishes judgment formula of edge_turning limit of interior holes Therefore,the technical analysis of edge_turning of interior holes has been improved from experience to formula calculation and judgment
