Analysis to the Problems of “Double-Norm” Management in State-owned Enterprises and Countermeasure

就目前国有企业在改革整顿中存在的问题作了简要的分析 ,阐述在定员定额管理工作中普遍存在的问题 ,提出几点对策 ,使企业的定员定额管理工作得到进一步加强完善 。
