摘要
选用几种果汁、蔬菜汁及中药材对两种不同培养条件下羊肚菌深层发酵体进行调配澄清等一系列工艺处理,制成色泽、口感、气味及体态俱佳,营养全面的风味羊肚菌饮料。
This paper presents the technology of producing a newly developed special flavor dranks with fermented morel liquid. Some sorts of fruit juice, vegetable juice and traditional medicinal were chosen beforehand, and mixed with the two kinds of liquids of morel at different culture conditions. Then a set of technical process, clarifying for instance, were done, and some special flavor morel drinks were made thereby. Which have good points in color, taste, smell and bodily form.
