摘要
利用螯合离子色谱法 ,在线有选择性地将样品中的阴离子、碱金属、碱土金属、铝、铁及其它过渡金属离子除去 ,同时浓缩富集待测的痕量稀土离子。再用草酸和二甘醇酸的梯度淋洗体系 ,将 1 4种稀土金属离子分离 ,检测限可达ngml- 1级 。
In this paper, the contents of trace lanthanides in soil and plants were determined by chelation ion chromatography. Lanthanides were concentrated on-line while eliminating bulk quantities of alkali, alkaline earth metal, aluminum, iron and other transition metals from sample matrice. Then, they were separated by a concentration gradient of oxalic acid and diglycolic acid. The method detection limits (signal-to-noise ratio 3∶1) were at ng ml -1 levels.
