云南屏边大围山自然保护区冲突管理实例研究

A Case Study on Conflict Management in Daweishan Nature Reserve,Pingbian County, Southeastern Yunnan, P. R. China

在总结和分析大围山自然保护区周围社区存在的种种矛盾与冲突的基础上 ,依据社区情况 ,对社区能力建设、经济发展、资源共管等方面所作的探索进行了总结 ,就冲突管理中引申出来的一系列问题作了分析 ,并提出了相应的解决途径与措施 .

On the basis of survey and analyses of kinds of conflicts among institute of natural resources management, surrounding communities and local governments in Daweishan nature reserve, Pingbian County, comprehensive approaches and measures have been taken to manage and reduce these conflicts.Some excellent achievements, experiences and lessons have been summarized in the paper. Meanwhile, in order to motivate communities to participate nature reserve, and promote development of co-management institution between communities and the institute of nature reserve management, some suggestions have been described in the paper.
