The thinking, structure,function and so on about the integrated operational system of new generation on short－ term climate prediction are introduced. This system provides some functions such as inquiring about database, climate diagnosis, correlation analysis, creating graphics and images, statistical calculation, prediction used climate model, monitoring of prediction quantity, demo environment discussions prediction,etc. The system feature are high integration, good design on the structure, novelty, many functions, beautiful each other's interface and simple operation.
