摘要
根据指接材用粘合剂的特点 ,分析了国产普通醋酸乙烯酯均聚乳液存在的主要问题 ,应用交联技术 ,引入少量活性官能单体——甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯 ( HPMA) ,并加入各种助剂 ,最终研制出专用于指接材的粘合剂。因其考虑了原料来源、成本、工序可操作性等多种综合因素 。
Accoding to the property of adhesive used to finger joint lumber, the mainly existing problems about the Chinese polyvinyl acetate emulsion were analyzed. Used cross-linking technology, imported a few reactive function monomer hydroxy propyl ester methyl-acrylic acid (HPMA), and the kinds of accessory ingredient was jointed, the adhesive used to finger joint lumber was developed. Because of the many kinds of complexity factors included resource of materials, costs, and the technique controllability were thinked, so its future will be very wide.
