摘要
针对胜利油田弱胶结稠油藏开采过程中出砂严重的实际情况 ,通过三轴试验对弱胶结储层的变形破坏性质进行了试验研究 ,建立了极限塑性应变破坏准则。通过流 -固力学耦合计算建立了炮孔破坏出砂的预测模型 ,最后对单家寺油田弱胶结稠油藏出砂临界生产压差及出砂速度进行了预测 ,预测结果与现场数据比较吻合。研究结果对该油田采取合理的防砂工艺措施具有重要的指导意义。
Sand production is a serious problem in weakly consolidated heavy oil reservoirs in Shengli Oilfield. In this paper, the mechanism of rock distortion and failure in weakly consolidated reservoirs are researched and limit strain criteria of plasticity is constructed by the triaxial stress strain test. Moreover, prediction model of sand production is constructed by the coupling of liquid and solid calculation. At last, critical drawdown presure and speed of sand production is predicted in weaklyconsolidated heavy oil reservoirs of Shanjiasi Oilfield. The results mesh the actual data of wells. The result of this paper will be very important in selecting a rational sand prevention technology.
