摘要
我院自1983年至1988年6月对46例Ⅲ期肺癌病人施行了全肺切除术,占同期肺癌手术数的21%。本文重点分析了治疗结果与影响预后的相关因素。1、3、5年生存率分别为67.4%、31.8%、14.2%。满意的效果说明全肺切除术仍是冶疗中晚期肺癌患者合理而行之有效的术式。着重讨论指出:严格掌握手术适应证;彻底清扫纵隔淋巴结;采用配合手术的综合治疗均是改善全肺切除术疗效、提高Ⅲ期肺癌病人生存期的有力措施。
From 1983 to June 1988, 46 cases of pneumonectomy for stage Ⅲ lung cancer were carried out in our hospital.They accounted for 21% of the patients with lung cancer underwent pulmonary resection at the same time.The author emphatically analysed the results of pneumonectomy and the factors affecting the prognosis in this paper.Better results show the pneumonectomy remains a rational and effective method for medial and advanced lung cancers.The measures for improving the curative effect of pneumonectomy are considered as: strict selection of operative indication,thoroughly removing lymph nodes from the medias inum and adopting comprehensive adjuvant therapies during pre and past operations.
